Leslie Cron lives in Burleson, Texas, south of Fort Worth, with her husband, Coach Terry Cron. In 2024, the couple celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.

Leslie has a BS degree in education, is certified in Library Science, and is a certified Special Education teacher. She taught for 32 years in elementary, junior high, and high school, and she ended her career as a librarian and media specialist. Leslie started the library at Timberview High School in Mansfield, Texas, in 2004.

Retirement has given Leslie time to do the many hobbies she enjoys. She loves to antique furniture, read, make highlight videos, and garden. More recently, she has started creating homemade, personalized greeting cards called CronCards. She makes milestone birthday cards for a financial company and creates cards for others as well.

Being with the grandchildren is very important to Leslie, and she loves being part of their lives. She also feels blessed to participate in the bonding of her daughter's high school basketball teams.

GRIDIRON GRACE is her first book, and she is contemplating writing another.
